 Checks whether ImageMagick-Plug-In is available.
Deprecated:
This functions is no longer used because ImageMagick has been replaced. This functions now always returns TRUE (for backwards-compatibility).

ERRCODE BCBitmapToFileA (t_BarCode* pBarCode, LPCSTR szFilename, LPCRECT pRect)
 Saves barcode as an image file. The file name's suffix determines the image format, e.g. 'xxx.gif'. Supported image formats are: BMP, GIF, JPG, PNG and TIF.
All barcodes are supported. Text output is not supported.
