License Terms for Freeware

TEC-IT offers selected tools free of charge under a dedicated freeware license. The freeware license grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the respective software free of charge, subject to the conditions below.

Permitted Use

• Use of the freeware version for private and commercial purposes, unless stated otherwise for a specific product.
• Redistribution of the unmodified installer is permitted provided no fee is charged and the license terms remain intact.

Restrictions

• The software may not be modified, reverse-engineered, decompiled or disassembled beyond what is permitted by law.
• Removal or alteration of copyright notices, license information or branding is not permitted.
• Reselling the freeware or bundling it with paid products without written permission from TEC-IT is not permitted.

No Warranty

The freeware is provided "AS-IS" without any warranty. TEC-IT is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the freeware, to the extent permitted by law.

Support

Freeware is provided without a guaranteed support entitlement. Commercial support and additional features are available with the corresponding paid licenses.
