Software Developer – Lead & Product Track
You shape products end to end — from user needs, user flows and GUI/UX through architecture and implementation to release and further development.
Your tasks
Translate user needs into clear user flows, GUI concepts and actionable product decisions
Design interfaces, interactions and features together with product management and development — and build them hands-on
Balance the whole product: UX, functionality, architecture, quality, maintainability and business value
Structure technical topics, prepare decisions and coordinate implementation
Turn requirements from support, sales and development into clear priorities and realistic delivery packages
Help shape code reviews, quality standards, technical documentation and releases
Support colleagues on technical questions and take ownership of a defined product or topic area
Use AI tools productively and validate the results for quality, security and maintainability
What you bring
Solid practical experience in software development and technical decisions you can explain
Ownership, clear communication and enjoyment of helping others grow technically
A feel for intuitive user guidance and the ability to weigh customer needs, GUI/UX, technology and delivery scope
Practice with code reviews, tests, Git and structured debugging
Especially relevant: .NET, C#, Visual Studio, architecture, APIs, GUI/frontend technologies and AI-assisted development
First coordination, mentoring or product responsibility helps, but is not a must
Growth path
If collaboration, impact and interest in leadership align, the role can grow toward Technical Team Lead and Product Owner. The title is not promised up front — it is built through concrete responsibility.
Salary
As a guide, with ST1 classification at career entry the minimum base salary under the collective agreement is EUR 3,104 gross per month on a full-time basis. Part-time is paid pro rata. The actual classification and any overpayment depend on tasks, responsibility, qualifications and experience.
