Track & Trace
SSCC pallet labels, GS1-128 cartons and scans that reach your WMS the first time.
TEC-IT connects physical shipments with digital systems so teams can identify cartons, pallets, bins and returned goods with less manual effort and fewer mistakes.
Connect shipping labels and captured data with your business systems.
Every customer wants a slightly different label, every carrier a slightly different carrier code, and every rejected pallet costs more than the label that caused it. TEC-IT connects leading business systems, binding standards and operational output into one controlled process. Companies reduce manual rework, avoid costly identification errors and create a scalable foundation for production, warehousing, quality and IT.

GS1 logistics layouts are designed once and reused across every hub and carrier.
Every SSCC and shipment code is checked against GS1 before the pallet leaves the dock.
Direct the shipment label to the dock printer assigned to that load and carrier.
Every solution maps to proven, licensable products.
Moves dock and shipment scans into Excel, Word or Google Sheets without re-keying.
Produces pallet, case and shipping output from WMS or TMS workflows to printers, PDF or ZPL.
Routes scanner, scale and serial-device data into WMS or TMS workflows as keystrokes or background events.
Builds carrier, pallet and shipping labels with SSCC and route data.
Reliable infrastructure
Scanning, printing and data flows plug into WMS, ERP and carrier systems.
Labels print where the goods are, on the WMS event.
A pick, pack or ship event in the WMS prints the right label at the right station.
The label carries the format the assigned carrier scans, chosen automatically.
Open a new dock and it prints without a new integration.

The Serial Shipping Container Code identifies one logistic unit — a pallet, case or parcel. Encoded under Application Identifier (00), it is the key a receiver uses to match the physical unit to your despatch advice (EDI 856 / EDIFACT DESADV). Without a readable SSCC, the pallet and its record are separated.
Not within one year. GS1 requires SSCCs not be reallocated for at least 12 months, and in practice collisions across sites cause the same problem as reuse. TEC-IT manages serial pools centrally so two sites cannot issue the same number.
Most often dimensions and structure rather than legibility: GS1 specifies minimum X-dimension, bar height and quiet zones for logistic labels, and receivers validate AI structure. A label that scans by hand can still fail an automated gate.
Yes. The layout lives in TFORMer; your WMS supplies the shipment data at print time via SDK, server connector or watched folder. Carrier-specific formats become separate templates rather than separate integrations.
