Track & Trace
Serial numbers, batch identifiers and the scans that prove where each one went.
Traceability is two halves that have to match: a unique identity applied at production, and a scan that reads it back reliably at every handover. TEC-IT does both — the serialised label and the validated capture — so the audit trail closes.
Connect printed identifiers with the records captured at each handover.
The ERP can hold a perfect genealogy and still be wrong, because the serial number was hand-keyed at goods-in, or the batch label was reprinted without a new serial, or the scanner sent a code the system quietly accepted in the wrong format. TEC-IT closes both ends: managed serial number pools that cannot issue a duplicate, and capture that validates the scan against the expected format before it reaches your system.

Scans are checked against format and standard at capture, so bad data never reaches the ERP.

Item, case and pallet layouts are designed once so every level links back to the last.
Each event is checked against GS1 before it joins the trace.
Issue each identifier through the right printer or service while retaining its complete event context.
Every solution maps to proven, licensable products.
Prints serialised labels with managed serial number pools — no programming required.
Feeds scanner, scale and serial-device data straight into your ERP or WMS, validated on the way in.
Captures scans on a phone, including offline, and syncs when the device reconnects.
Issues and prints serial numbers from your own MES or ERP.
Closed loop
One identity model across production, warehouse and dispatch.
Commission, aggregation and dispatch all logged.
Each commission and aggregation writes an event the trace can replay.
From any unit you can walk up to the pallet or down to the item.
Every packaging level joins the same event history.

Learn more about Track & Trace and Serialization.
A batch or lot code identifies a production run, so thousands of items can share one. A serial number identifies a single item uniquely. Batch-level traceability answers "which run was this from"; item-level serialization answers "where did this exact unit go", which is what regulated pharmaceutical and high-value goods workflows require.
By issuing numbers from a managed pool rather than from a counter on each machine. TFORMer manages serial number pools centrally, so a number is allocated once and cannot be reissued — the failure mode you are trying to avoid is two pallets in the same shipment carrying the same SSCC.
Aggregation is the parent-child relationship between an item, the case holding it and the pallet holding the case. It breaks when the link is recorded away from where it physically happens — a case repacked after scanning, or a pallet built and then keyed in later. Capturing the relationship at the moment it is made is what keeps the hierarchy true.
Not necessarily. Traceability fails most often at the two ends — a serial that was never uniquely issued, and a scan that was mistyped or accepted in the wrong format. Fixing those with serialised printing and validated capture into your existing ERP or WMS closes most of the gap without a platform migration.
