Growth SEO & Content Analytics

TEC-IT is hiring for Growth Marketing from 16 hours per week in Steyr or remote in Austria.

Your tasks

Plan, run and evaluate growth experiments across reach, leads and conversion
Create and publish SEO, social media, newsletter and website content
Deliver landing pages, product launches and focused campaigns hands-on
Present key metrics clearly and systematically build on what works
Organize trade fairs and events and occasionally attend them
Work closely with sales, product management and development

What you bring

Education, degree or practical experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, communications, media or a comparable field
Work samples or projects with a clear goal, your own contribution and — ideally — a measurable result
Practice with content, design, SEO, newsletter or web analytics tools
Very good German and English plus a structured, independent way of working
Creativity and analytical curiosity — and the drive to implement and improve ideas yourself

Salary

With the corresponding classification as a career starter, the minimum base salary under the collective agreement starts at EUR 2,420 gross per month on a full-time basis. Part-time is paid pro rata; depending on the role, classification, qualifications and experience, the higher applicable collective-agreement minimum or an overpayment applies.
