Jobs are all "Waiting"

Jobs are all "Waiting"

Behavior: Incoming jobs are shown with the status "Waiting" but are not printed.

  • Please check in the TFORMer Monitor (Spooladmin) whether the respective printer has the status "Active". Also check whether the respective printer is reachable on the network and not "Offline".
  • If the behavior affects all printers, please also check the status of TFORMer Server itself (the server as a whole can also be set to "inactive"). Passive mode is intended for parallel operation (failover), where jobs are spooled in but not printed.
If you end passive mode and set the server to active, the existing jobs are automatically set to the status "printed" without actually being printed. Reprinting the missing jobs must then be done manually.
